On March 3, 2021, a workshop on identifying and inventorying intangible cultural heritage with the participation of communities was held at the Minsk Regional Centre of Folk Art. The facilitators were: Alla Stashkevich, Director of the Cultural Heritage and Modernity Foundation and Elena Kalinovskaya, leading specialist of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, administrator of the ‘Living Heritage of Belarus’ website. Sergey Vyskvarka, head of the administrative and creative department of the regional cultural centre of Lyuban, also shared his experience in protecting the intangible cultural heritage. Participants – representatives of various organizations and cultural institutions of the Minsk region.
